Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details (where available).

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available during promotional offers or on eligible orders.

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order. Sidra.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unexpected delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the package and product to help resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

Currently, Sidra.pk ships within Pakistan only. We plan to offer international shipping in the future.
